RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Every product undergoes a strict quality check before being shipped out of our warehouse. In case of a wrong order or defective product, you can return the product to us, and we will send you the exact or suitable replacement. You can email us at varnatari@gmail.com. Please make sure the product is in the same condition as delivered with the bill, tag, accessories etc failing which, we will not be able to accept the return. To make the entire process easier we request you to kindly shoot a video of you unpacking the package, and send us the video if there be any damage to the product.
REFUND
In case of refund, a refund for the return orders will be processed only after receiving the product at our warehouse and completing the quality check. After that refund will be processed within 7 to 10 days, which depends upon the mode of payment.

RETURN SHIPMENT
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For more enquiries on return shipment, customer can contact us at varnatari@gmail.com.
CANCELLATION
In case you change your mind about a product you ordered previously, you can cancel the order within four hours of placing the order. Just send us an email to varnatari@gmail.com
Refund on cancellation will be processed within 2-4 working days.
